Virtual Bee (Key For Cash)

Hello Readers,
In this post I would like to mention about VirtualBee formerly known as KeyForCash.com, a well known site which offers data entry work. LionBridge Technology, a leader in professional translation and localization services, acquired Virtual Solutions, the parent company of VirtualBee.

Virtual Bee offers you to work as an independent contractor, there is no guarantee of work availability and there will be no minimum amount you could expect to earn in single sitting. The amount of work varies and each piece of work has it's known set of earnings defined.

A user can simply login to the account, select a category to work for and start working. There is no timer set and you can take your own time to key the characters but remember they always add test questions in the middle and so entering junk characters would risk your account. The payout threshold is set at 10$ and payments are processed via PayPal once a user reaches the threshold.

Below is a screenshot of the workspace on VirtualBee.

Let's understand what these labels mean.
  1. Account Total is the total amount accumulated in your account.
  2. Session Total is the amount you have earned so far with the correct keystrokes in the current session.
  3. Unconfirmed Keystrokes implies that the system is validating data entered and therefore if all the keystrokes entered are valid, then the amount will be credited to your account else the invalid ones are deducted.
  4. Session Keystrokes is the total number of keystrokes entered.
  5. Skipped Snippets are the images that you have skipped.
Remember, if more number of images are skipped, the accuracy decreases and they will ban your account.

Final Words On VirtualBee:

It is quite hard to earn money on VirtualBee because work isn't available always, and there is no update on when the data chunks are added. If I had to decide between VirtualBee and BPOMart, I would choose the latter because there is some sort of work guarantee and payout threshold is also less compared to VirtualBee. Again, there is no update on work availability. I just work on this site when there is free time and I have nothing else to do.

So, if you are looking for better earning opportunity, check out the BPOMart HERE.
